Accident Relief Care are not a genuine insurance company, and I have personally had a worst experience with them. They just do not understand the meaning of emergency and do not respond appropriately. They thoughts are very dump and foolish, which anyone would get annoyed to answer. To elaborate I met with an accident on hosur road near electronics city, this was due to a mistake from a rider following too closing behind and doing very high speed, there was a ditch in road and i was forced to slow and the person behind me lost control and banged on me. I was severy hurt and hospitalised from good samatirains around, when i regained conciousness i was told my knee was cracked and needed surgery incase it does not heal with medication. I then contacted ARC for compensation as i had a policy with them for over three years, they advised me to contact different people like a government office, and finally the doctor who consulted was so dumb and called this treatment as a planned medication. I have all the medical reports, my vehicle serivce details still the doctors calls treating a knee crack as a planned medication for something which has happed in the past before the policy was in force, sounds very dumb and stupid. I thought it might be beneficial to let everyone knows about the flaws with this insurance company. This may be a peculiar case, still you may be a victim and very meaning of insurance is lost, when the doesnt payout. SO BEWARE OF ARC POLICY...
