I purchased a guru maa music cd online from Mystica Music Pvt. Ltd. B-11, GF, Aakansha Complex, Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad of price 195/- but they withdraw an amount of Rs. 215/- from my bank account.
I many times written to their mailing adress but they didn't respond.
kindly advice
