Complaint against DARSHAN CHAUDHRY for carrying on illegal construction in front of my house N-2, FIRST FLOOR, ANDHA MUGHAL, DELHI-110007

It is respectfully stated as under:

I RAMAN CHAUHAN residing in N-2, FIRST FLOOR, ANDHA MUGHAL, DELHI-110007. Below our house, DARSHAN CHAUDHRY has his factory and office (N-1, ANDHA MUGHAL, DELHI-110007), illegally constructing another floor on the roof of his office which is actually the front and side area of my house.

How can a person make a house in front of other’s house. It will affect our ventilation, sunlight, air, etc.

When we tried to stop him, he is fearlessly saying “DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO”. Day by day he is contructing fearlessly.

It is requested that your good self may kindly take legal steps to stoping this illegal construction and helping us.
