The Instrument has been purchased on 20-03-02009 and next day onwards the On off Button is not working & volume control not working at all the instruments has been given to NOkia Centre for repair having job sheet no 307465550/090324/41 at GLOBAL CELL WORLD #16-11-19/11, SALEM NAGAR COLONY, MALAKPET, HYDERABAD having contact no. 04066665422 The handset could not be repaired at this place and is being sent to DELHI for verification and they told 15 days time it will take to get back. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REPLACE THE INSTRUMENTS AS THE INSTRUMENT HAS BEEN PURCHASED ON 20-03 AND IT SEEMS THAT MOTHER BOARD PROBLEM WILL BE THERE .
