N 6300 NOKIA
Mobile gets switched off

I purchased a nokia mobile-N 6300 in june.my mobile often gets switched off. I have submitted it 3 times in the service centre Hazratganj, every time they say there is a virus in the phone, leave it for 15 days and we will repair it.after bringing it backit serves for hardly 15 daya and again it either gets switched off or is showing this message''-phone restricted." I am fed up now.what should I do? Should I go to the CONSUMER FORUM?
