Replacement under warranty

I had purchased a nokia n73 piece which was under warranty from a dealer of nokia,

after one month the piece gave an error i.e

"contact to retailer" after contactiong the retailer the piece was send to nokia gallery werin it was declared that the piece is to be replaced which took nearly 10 working days, by nokia gallery mumbai

after 10 days nokia gallery mumbai said the replaced piece will be issued by nokia delhi office and will take min 7 to 10 days.

Regret to inform that the piece has been not recd at my end even after completion of one month from the date of commitment to send delhi, after checking on web understood that nokia is not been taking care of it customer complaints.
