Regarding Lost of mobile from Nokia care at Maple Nokia Care Jamshedpu

Respected sir

I have submitted my mobile to Maple Nokia care Jamshedpur, on 03 June But they gave me Job Sheet no.(346434038/080811/13) on Dated 11-08.

Purchase date of my Mobile is- 22-11

EMI No-358973010345169

I have also Complaint in nokia customer care on dated 24 sep-08, Complain no- 2-3DJCF5.

But still i couldnot receive any information about my mobile.

Here in Jamshedpur Maple Nokia care's Prop. Mr Tulsiyan Said that your mobile is lost form KOLKATA service Center. I can not do any thing, What ever you want you can do.

I want to know what i have to do now.
