N73 Music edition
HANDSET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

R/sir my self mohit sharma from faridabad. I had purchase a nokia cell phone n73 music edition of Rs 13600/- in march. IMEI NO- 358973017180320, but after few days handset is not working properly, I had visited a nokia care centre seven times but they had not give me any kind of good response. I had courier all document (Xerox copy of all job sheet) of handset to mr. parmod kumar now nokia care manager mr. parmod from gurgoan they have arranged a (swap) replacement, i want a brand new handset with one year warranty and with complete documents. kindly help me, and do the needful regards. thanking you, mohit sharma. 9873024319.
