Delay in providing service by nokia care cente

We gave our cell which was under period of gurantee for repair to the nokia care center, address:

it has been 1 and half month and they are saying that they are unable ro procure the part needed for repair from the company. this is causing a lot of inconvience and the behaviour of the staff of the care center is also less than satisfactory. and the standby phone that they provided was also not working. we did not expecgt to face such trouble from a reputated company like yours.
