Care center in rohtak {haryana} misbehaves

Hiiiiiiii i am navjeet singh live in rohtak haryana india. my moblie phone n72 screen got damage nd i gave them to repair they gave me in nearly 1month after dat they gave me phone in 1day only phone is having same problem nd now only they took my phone frm 3weeks. they said to me that call us nd ask about your phone when i call them they just don't attending the phone call.they just misbehave .i am very about these things and one more problem is that my n93i cell phone is charging when i m trying i gave them after dat they gave me in 1month when i got it after dat when i m trying to charge it same problem happened so pls help me they use my cell phone because when i got my phone many snaps of those peoples are present in my n93i so can pls help me pls pls
