Waiting from Last 2 months for my handsat which was given for repaire

I personally know that this incident is no the true reflection of your services, but i am very disappointed by this. What I think is that due to some unprofessional or irregular personals in your company, company is failing to provide its best services to customers.

As per your mail I had called to the Nokia Care Center on 11th April in order to substantiate the delivery of the phone. Whose job sheet (108433527/090302/30) and the complaint number (2-3VWICP) But the reply was same that phone is not repaired or replaced, please call on next working day.

I request you to please specify a fix date or day when your team can deliver my phone to me which in their office since 2nd March. Kindly do the needfull for the same.
