Company has sent a SMS to me saying that Open a centre with out franchisee fee.

I enquired them to open up a centre in Hyderabad as a franchisee of Account Leader Academy.

They told me to buy the 25 KITS.

I said them I will see the course content (books) and the course structure then I will open up the centre. They asked me to send the cheque.

I sent a cheque they encashed my cheque afterwards they sent me an Agreement.

I was not satisfied with conditions in the agreement and the course content.

I said I am not interested to open up the franchisee as I am not happy with agreement terms.

I have not signed the agreement.

But now they are not returning my deposit.
