NAPPTOL MISSING ACCESSORIES WITH VOX DV588 16 MP DIGITAL CAM

I have purchased a Vox DV588 16 MP digital cam on October 29 on COD. I booked it as a gift for my son s birthday which was on November 17th, but when I opened the parcel, the accessories including USB cable and CD are missing and the batteries provided along with the cam does not have any charge in it, hence could not use it on the special day. Till date, I have made almost 15-20 calls to the customer support and they did not have any clearcut idea about when the missing item is going to be sent, every time will get a reply "your missing item will reach you within 7-10 working days." It has been almost a month now, still according to naaptol 7-10 working days yet to come. Feel quite traumatized with the attitude and the reasponsbility they have shown towards the customers. Hope, will get a solution with this complaint.
