Account with HSBC
HSBC a c holding is Frustrating

I have saving account at HSBC bank, Pune main branch, events happen as under,

on 22 Dec I written requested Passbook for my a/c

After waiting for 40 days, I visit the HSBC again, They said "Bank do not have Passbook facility, you may request for statement, which is equivalent to passbook", hence I written rested the statement.

On Feb 10 HSBC bank has deducted Rs. 6287.10 from my a/c against duplicate statement without my permission
