Charge for dishonoure of cheque

I am stating that as i have given cheque no. 190852 on 25 Apr 09 in favour of SBI Contra and at that day my balance was more than Rs10, 000/-. But afterwards without informing me you deduced the Rs505/- for using demat account and subsequently you have dishonoured my cheque and charge Rs386/-. It disharted me and loss my money. Moreover, i want my Rs386/- money back otherwise i will close my account with your bank.
