Landphone dead

I have booked a complain on Docket no I 7839 almost a month back with Calcutta Telephones as my landline (24328914) went "dead" from the same date. No repairing has been done till date (25.11.8). Now a days this type of irresponsible service to the customer is not accepted. In future there will be no option but to switchover the same to other service providers. Could you pls extend any kind of help to repair it as fastest as possible!
