Dear Sir,

I had send an envolope on 4.1.2009 by speed speed post document No ET169812412 IN to my brother in law in USA in your st Thomas POst office at Mount (copy of Reciept as per attachment), Till today, He has not recieved the the document. On going thru you web sight, we get information of collection at chennai only.

The envolope contains import letter which needs to reach him before 20. 1 .2009. Please advise where is document at the moment
