Tampered Consigment Received

Dear SIr/Madam,

We have booked a consignment from your courier service on 31st January having AWB No. 45825065 from Aligarh to Lucknow

On tuesday 3rd Feb this consignment was delivered to Lucknow, during the delivery the Box was found badly tampered and the seal of our Aligarh Service Centre and your Overnite Seal was also found broken.

When we have called Mr. Manvinder at your local overnite office, lucknow, he told us to check the parcel from inside and we found that the material inside the box was also found damage.

Now this consigment is returned to Aligarh Branch but we will not receive the consigment as we need the claim against the consigment.
