Submitting form with all document but yet not what is happend?

Respected Sir/Madam

With due respect, it is submitted that I am a resident of 323, Belilious Road, Howrah - 711101, West Bengal, India. I have submitted my all details alongwith the photograph, Sl. No. - 33, Part - 17, dated 26-12 for new voter. But Yet not know anything about the voter card, I go to collector office, party office and all the vanue where is doing the voter card issuing procedure but no one can tell the solution or where I go to know the exact details or what I do further. I shall be highly obliged to you if you could please look into the matter.
