Incorrect information updated in CIBIL

Dear Sir,

For reference: Control id : 389689067.

I have applied for a loan against from Property from AXIS bank Ltd. The same has been declined by the bank with the following reasons

1.There is an an Auto Loan in my name which has been written off and a suit has been filled in this regard.

I wish to say that I had an Auto loan from ICICI Bank which was repaid in 2001 and NOC was also obtained. Besides if a suit was filed I have no information about it.

2. There is an overdue amount of Rs 9795/- on an auto loan about which I have no information.

There is no Auto loan in my name which is overdue.

I have an ongoing Auto loan with PNB which is being promtly serviced with out any defaults.

I have not availed any Auto loan which has been written off and there has been some mistake in updation of records at your end.

hence I request you to check the records and update correct information in Cibil since the same is effecting my credibility adversely and causing lot of problems for me.

I would be sending legal notice in absence of a prompt and correct reply.
