Rude Behaviour of the ration card inspector with my mothe

This is in regards with the rude behaviour of the ration card inspector with my mother. I am a Sr. Citizen and had visited the ration card office today i.e. 1st June'09, to make a new ration card in my daughters name.

Ration card is to be made in the name of my daughter along with the names of her 2 daughters. the inspector told me that her husbands name has to be included in the ration card or it cannot be made. This could have been done is a respectful manner rather than insulting and misbehaving with me.

I politely told him that my daughters name was in our ration card as she was staying with us, however today she has her own house and wants a seperate ration card. the inspector started yelling at me saying " tum ko akal nahi hai kya... tum ko kuch samaj hai ki nahi..." I told him that I lost my husband 2 months ago and have no clue about all these to which he said ... " hum ko usse koi matlab nahi hai... tum hara pati marta hai to mare... koi aur bhi marta hai to mare..."

My Question is " DO government servant know what is "HUMANITISM"?

Does Being a government servant mean that they have the right to abuse people?

DO they have the right to Disrespect Sr. Citizens?

Hurt someone's sentiments?

I always thought that Government servants are selected to serve and help common man. They are representatives of Government...

Will there ever be a full stop to this??? I need a reply... Or will not stop from taking legal action against the inspector.
