Seepage Problem

Dear Sir,

I would like to report that residents of 101, First Floor and Second Floor Manak Vihar (Both Brothers) have leaking urinals due to which rear portion of the building is badly affected with seepage trouble. The problem is so much that the water is flowing from the walls that house live electrical wires. This is causing serious threat to lives of the residents of ground floor (i.e.us).

Also this water is giving rise to various insects, mosquitoes and moths, which might cuase spread of diseases like maleria, dangue etc to the residents of ground floor or even to their own hoseholds. In my house we have small kids aging between 7months to 9 years.

Our various requests to the owners of Property 101, first floor Manak Vihar, Delhi 110092 and 101, second floor Manak Vihar, Delhi 110092 have gone in vein.

They want us to allow them to put an illegal iron extention in the backyard which even MCD had demolished once.
