No registration done for caller tone but got charged

Hello Sir,

This is an ongoing problem with you services that a customer get automatically enrolled under your plan without authorisiation for example under caller tone, miss call service etc.

Earlier my mobile number 919810333322 got automatically enrolled under miss called service for the charge of Rs.15/-. Complained and asusual got no response but yes appricated that the service was cancelled but sorry to say with no refund.(ignored because of small amount).

Now this time i got again charged for Rs.75 for caller tone which i had never ever authorises. Called customer care and got complaint number as 2121810998700 on dated 18/12/07. and was promised for reply with resolution.

It is kindly requested to you to see into this matter.

Sorry to say but after this act i am thinking to disconnect all of my numbers with you.
