Still waiting for new non domestic connection last five months (R161190000703)

Would like to informed you that I am your consumer Named Ziaur rehman Khan with resident 298, Main Road, New Kardam Puri, Shahdra, Delhi 110094, I had applied for commercial connection in the month of july-09, still now no person from your Dept. came to Inspection against the request R1611090000703 (New), lots of time I enquired to your office (Tahir Pur) but there positioned employee always suggests me to Dial 39999808 for any complaints regarding this.

Therefore you are kindly requested to help me out for the same scenario, and send somebody to Inspection, and I get my applying connection.
