Acer 4720z
Powers off then stays off

My aspire 4720z powers on only on a gud day, once its on, it works smoothly, then suddenly it goes off even tho it has 2hrs batt left. then it wont power up for days again. im very unhappy for im in jhb south africa and no one here is able 2 assist me.help
