Open Drainages infrontof House

Hi,

My name is Uma Dhoundiyal, I am a resident of Naya khand-1st 21A Indrapuram, I wanted to know about the staus of my complain id-5576, as i have not received any solution from your side yet.

But Mainly, this complain, is another complain regarding the open drainages infront of our house. Actually there has been new big "Drainage (Nala)" made infront of our house recently "3-4 mnths" before however, they did not close it with the "cheap which they were suppose to do as it is not the small tipical drainage (nali) but they are the bigger one.

The result of which is that is there are lots of Mosquito s are there and we can not even stand in the balcony because of the awfull Foul Smell that comes from it, we cannot even open our doors as then we have to experience it inside our houses as well.

So, by this you can understand that it is huge problem to our HEALTH, so kindly take this as a critical problem and cover those drainages "as soon as possible".
