I am facing seepage problem from our upstairs flats i.e. flat nos. D – 207 B & D 208 B from the last two years and the present condition is worst. The toilet pipe used from their houses is blocked / broke and the dirty water spread all over at our roof and the bathroom wall. This problem started from beginning of June’2006 when the owner of the flat no. D – 208 B made illegal floor. Due to this the illegally constructed, over weighted floor and unmanaged pipelines are regularly destroying our wall and making it weaker day by day, which can result in fall down of the wall any time.

We spoke to them number of times to resolve this problem but in spite of resolving this issue they refused and threatened us with the dire sequences.
