Unable to receive the superannuation scheme pension amount

Dear Sir,

I received the annual group superannuation scheme pension amount in 2005. After that my postal address is changed & forgot to update the new address. I have updated the new address by post 2 months back. I supposed to get 3rd installment last month itself. My Annuity no: 50548 & Policy no:311218

My change of address is Geeta Sunkapur, No 67, 15th 'C' Cross, B/H J.P .Park, Mutyalnagar, Mathikeri, Bangalore-54.

I hope my request will be fulfilled.
