Oys and girls staying on rented house in residencial area

Dear sir,

this is regarding residents of sector B aliganj, here people are giving there houses on rent to boys and girls every second house is a hostel, which is a very big problem for others living as these boys from different places they use our park as model shops and enjoy drinks and smoke in park, and also its a good place for them for dating girls.

now other part of this complaint is that these houses are paying same house tax with 20 to 25 boys staying and giving 30 to 40 thousand rupee earning to these people.

i request to take some action against these guys and put heavy house tax on them so that even nagar nigam can also make some profit.
