LPG Domestic Cylinder detected half-filled with Wate

Kindly refer to my HP LPG Consumer No. 600315 at Nand gas Service, Moradabad.

I had been supplied a filled in cylinder no. SR-9025-T on 01-4 against my refil booking no. 74329 on 18.3.2009. However, when I saw that the LPG filled in the cylinder finished sooner than it used to be before, I detected that the weight of the cylinder appeared heavier than an empty one. On careful supervision, the cylinder sounded that some liquid was stored inside it. It might be water instead of LPG inside.

There are other complaints too from some of the customers that their LPG cylinder used to exhaust sooner than before these days and there appears some foul play behind it.

It is either the local agency or the porter deputed by the agency is behind this foul busines.

Kindly look into the matter and give me proper relief to avoid any further complication in the matter.

I need a satisfactory response from your end latest by tomorrow evening.
