Product not to the satisfaction

I had ordered for a spy camera pen as I was looking for it reason being I work with management services group as we have to do auditing for presentation but to my surprise when I opened the packet pen was not in working state ie when it is switched on it does not switch off with pressing of button. Yellow light does not goes off even being charged for 2-3 hrs. I request to do something about it. I understand button on top is very delicate and I know the sensitiveness of that button. Looking for you reply.
