Defective Nokia battery

I received my product, my order number was 353945. I had ordered a Nokia battery. But this is not a original nokia battery. I had

confirmed it with the nokia care and even I am no getting a proper

backup which is not more then 2 Hrs. Sometime with continuous us it drain up in half an hour. If I had to purchase a duplicate

battery then why would i purchase it from you. I could get it from

chor bazar in 100 ruppes. On your website you had mentioned Nokia

battery, no where you had mentioned that you are selling duplicate

battery. You are taking advantage of the brandname of Nokia and

fooling peoples. Now even customer care is not responding.
