Investment in Stock exchange without prior information with client

Dear Sir,

I have invested Rs. 38000 in M/S Narnolia Securities Ltd., Durgapur and my client ID is XDG531.

Now, when I have contaced with Mr. Baidhyanath Mishra who had previously approached me for investment in stocks is saying that my valuation has come down to Rs 16000/-. However, he didnot seem to give me the much needed information about the investment what ha had done. He didnot tell me what stock I had in my portfolio. I was completely in dark and I used to call him several times for which he gave me thousands of excuses.

I had kept faith in him but he didnot seem to have any trust on me.
