Admnistrator harassing by changing classes time frequently

I AM STUDYING IN NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER EDUCATION BELPAHAR-BRANCH, THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE INSTITUTE IS HARASSING BY CHANGING CLASSES TIMING.I AM ALSO RUNNING A SMALL BUSINESS SO IT VERY DIFFICULT TO MATCH THE TIMING.BEFORE JOINING THE INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATOR GAVE US TIMING WHICH WAS GOOD, BUT AFTER SOME TIME HE IS NOW CHANGING TIME... PLZ HELP WHAT CAN IDO
