Dear Sirs

Sub. My claim no.160955 peding for more than 8 months with E-MEDITEK SOLUTIONS LTD.&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&-- I wish to bring it to your kind attention that i had prostate cancer surgery at Lilavati Hospital on 8/2 and susequently submitted all relevent bills and discharge papers 0n 4/3 and went abroad to resume duty. Meanwhile the co. sent a letter asking for 4 year policy claim status and all relevent investigative reports of my disease.

Since i am single and nobody is there to followup, the matter was pending. I have now come in sept. 08, and since then followingup with E-Meditek regarding my claim. The staff at E-MEDITEK made me run from pillar to post asking for papers every time i visited them. I have now made atleast 6-7 visits to their Marol office, and i am being told that they are still working on my claim.

Two months have passed now and i have lost my job because of the negligent and irresponsible attitude of your agency co. E-MEDITEK.

I am therfore left with no option but to seek legal action against your organisation for not settling my above claim even though 8 months have passed since submission of my claim.

Please note i will also be seeking compensation for loosing my job due to your company not settling my above mediclaim.
