I am not satisfied with the service

Dear sir,

Maruti Insuarance (National Insurance) is the insurer of my Alto LXI car No. UA 06 D 7337 regularly since June when I purchased it.

Presently its Policy No is MI11211110170066 valit upto 12th June.

My Alto car met an accident on 26-04-10 at Kashipur (Uttarakhand). I parked and get it repaired at your Maruti authorised Service Station OM MOTORS KASHIPUR.All the formalities were completed including surveying and claim sent to National Insurance Haldwani (Uttarakhand) Divisional Office in the first week of May. Telephonicallay, I contacted this insurance office manytimes but invain. Mr. P.C.Joshi Adm Officer at the insurance office always came with reply that the matter is under process. There is none to say how long it will take.
