Claim under CPM policy No. 36010244065900000010

Above mentioned policy a cliam no. 36010244075990000002 is reject due to not fulfil the some malafied intetions of the officer in charge. He is saying that the location of the machinery is Khanpur and claim under only here is covered. it is 100% wrong. The Khanpur is the location of my Office. How is it possible that the machinery under CPM lacated only office location.
