NativeTung not ready to pay my salary and one month compensation

Hi

I was working at a start up company called native tung bangalore. Web site www.nativetung.com. Every day i worked there for more than 10 to 12 hours and did my software development work as instructed by the company. One fine day that is on 17th april manager came to me and sudenly said minal we are not happy for your work we are expecting more. Now my question is even after working like slaves to them they are not happy and want me to work till night 10 pm and all failing to which i lost my job. And accourding to the offer letter signed by them it was stated that they shall give me one month salary as a comensation if they terminate me from the service. I have been asking them again and again. They are threatening me and saying that they will not give money.

I am a poor girl suffering from too long working hours and too much of work presure. And even after working hard to them they say i am not working properly. Please someone can you please help me?
