I have receivd a msg from Natwest Bank Liverpool on my mobile that i have won $2, 50, 000 in int'l mobile draw and asked

me to send around Rs.13, 200 to Sky couier express for recvng my draft...

so i want to know that is ths msg is true or fraud?
