Non Delivery of Cylinde

I, Manohar Singh, consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons.no.2716 of " NAV BHARAT GAS AGENCY, G.T.ROAD, SIMBLE, BATALA (PH-1871240705) Distt-Gurdaspur, Punjab, complaints that i have booked my cylinder for refilling on 20.01.2009 No.8870, But till today, I have not received the refill cylinder through home delivery service. When ever I call them for sending the refill, they are not responding properly &

replies that our delivery man is not attending the agency, collect your cylinder from godwan, which is 5-6 Km from my residence.

Kindly look into the matter & arrange to solve the problem
