I have not received my policy

I am Sebastian. A, S/o A.Arulandu, from Amsena, Kharora. Via, Raipur. Dt. C.G.493225.I have made policy of Tata AIG General Health Insurance, paid Rs.4080/ of ICICI Bank Cheque.on 18th of June. Up now I did not get any documents. They have asked me to give my head office address to send policy by coriur service. When i stsred to enqure about it they are not responding. They were very much behind me to get the the money after that they do not bother me. Their Phone No.02267204063.
