Hanging problem

Dear sir,

i have purchased a c.p.u from croma new delhi on 27/02. It had hanging problem. my complain No: is Acer041309-385, Dated-13/04/09.It was placed at Okhla service center. Till now it is not repaired and also no one is giving me the right picture. please consider my case and do the needfull as soon as possible an reply.
