Different fare by the same conductor on consecutive days

Sir, I travel from Yelahanka Newtown, Chikkabommasandra Bus stop to BEL circle everyday around 8.50 or 9.00 AM. Yesterday i.e., on 23/07 the 401 blue bus conductor gave me a ticket for Rs.11/- . But today, i.e., on 24/07 the same conductor has given me ticket for Rs.12/- (Ticket Nos. A115 832806 for Rs.9/- and X100 163534 for Rs.3/-). When I asked he is telling from Chikkabommsandra cross it is Rs.12/-. Have you revised the fare again wihtout any notifications.

The way of talking of that conductor is very rude.

Already BMTC bus fares very high compared to other cities. For a middle class person and poor people it has become very expensive to travel in BMTC also. I don't know whom you are trying to serve.

Please keep the poor and middle class people in mind whenever you are increasing the fare. You are helping the conductors by increasing the fare, to collect one rupee less than the ticket price and keeping in their pockets.
