Electricity theft

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the theft of electricity in my area. Sir my neighbour Satish Sharma, address 895/6, ward No-8, mehrauli. Delhi 110030 is thieving “ELECTRICITY” since last 8-9 Months. Every Night he uses tempered meter to switch off the unit consumed. He has tempered meter done by a local electrician. infact some officials are also involved in this. he gave them a bribe for this. His electricity consumption is very high in night. He theft your valuable electricity power in above mentioned address. Sir I have already given so many written and orally (by phone) complaint but no one take appropriate action towards my complaint. I hope you will take immediate action about this.
