Most of the street lights are not working in pocket d-10 sector7 rohini, delhi having iron polls. all the feeder boxes are open and wires are lying outside the boxes. wire changed by ndpl near flat nos. 153 to 160 are lying open on the roads waiting for an untoward incident. attend immediately.
