Faliure to deliver Birthday Gift

I am a great apprciater of NDTV team n casue of its quality my expectation were a bit high..

I went through the worst day of my life. The reason being my decision to choose NDTV shopping for shipping a cute Gift for my better half. It was her Bday & I planed to present her a cute teddy carrying flowers at her office… but the plan dint execute. I did call their Bangalore office twice but it seems the vendor intended to ship it only later half……………………..

3 days have passed after her bday, several calls made, 1/2 a dozen mails send to ndtvshopping@indiaplaza.in & feedback@ndtv.com but the shipment hasn’t received

NDTV really made me feel how far I’m from my home.

Does any 1 in their team know the difference how it is to recive a flower on ur bday morning n how it is to receive the same bday gift the next morning.

……No one can bring the day back……………neither NDTV nor me…. A Beautful day was spoilt.

My sincere request to NDTY Shopping to identify the difference between a commodity & a GIFT…
