Non conversion of post paid into prepaid

Hi ;

this is rampal singh my cell no is 9811442690 the no. I am using was post paid connection but write now I have given an application with my documents ie.. ID proof & residence address

on 11th of sept that the executive recieved my document told me

that within 24 to 48 hours it will converted to prepaid. but till date

it havent converted to prepaid and the no. is still blocked. mean while I personally get in touch with voda center . my token no . was 41 on 19-09. attended by niteen & bhubnesh, they told me that no will activated within 2 hours, and today dt. 22-09 i also go there with a complaint token no. is 58 attended by karandeep at 1:45 pm he also told me that no . will activated within two hours but its 6.30pm it hasn't been activated so this is a request please do the nesicity and activate my no. and please take care of customar . my alternative contact no is 9911925749.
