Dear Sir/ madam,

I bought a neelkamal brand plastic chair from AVISKAR (635, DIAMOND HARBOUR ROAD, KOLKATA-700 034. nean ASHOKA CINEMA) ph.98304 - 33681).my first complane is the shop owner first refuse to give me any cash memo. when i charge he gave me only a APPROVAL SLIP.even there is no warrenty or guarrenty by the company. 2nd day the chair broke when i set on it (my wait 71kg). i take the chair to him but he refuse to change or anything consoletion.i am a old customer of neelkamal company and i know there is atleast 6 month warrenty.even when i asked for the bill he said we dont provide bill because of VAT charge. inthis 2 way i am suffering still now. his bad behaviour and fraude on tax heart me a lot. i beg for your best support & help on that.money is not a big matter but this kind of fraude retailour ruind our country.
