NO FIXED CHARGES

I am working in Pune and basically belong to Mumbai. So every weekend I travel from Pune-Mumbai and Back. I board at Malad. Suppose if I book a ticket from Alkavihar, they charge Rs. 280/ and if I board without booking directly the charge is Rs. 250/. I take the bus during 5.30 am to 6 am on Monday. In the same bus ticket for the passengers who board at Goregaon or later is Rs. 200/ . This is the observation for complete 1 year. Why there is difference in charge without any logic. If i book in advance the charge is more, if I do not book the charge is less, again there is no protocol, the charges are decided by the conductors. They provide tickets also. So when it is properly documented why no senior, responsible official is asking anything to them? Those tickets must be getting audited.
