Violation of trafic and parking rules by Bikanerwala Restaurant

Dear Sir,

With depth urge, we, the public residing around Nehrunagar Cross Road are highly suffering from the sense of violation of traffic and parking rules by the Bikanerwala Restaurant.

The security / watchmen hired and kept by the owner of Bikanerwala Restaurant is allowing all their customers to park two/four wheelers on the Main Roads as well as interiror private road (which can be used by the citizens residing there only) like Satyakam Society, Pratima Compound, S.M. Compound, Sukhdham Building, Punjab National Bank, Ojas Apartment etc.

Bikanerwala's parking has been made in such a way that we cannot either come out from our house as well as our guest cannot enter into our Gate. We are also facing difficulties even to walk on the foot path which has been made for us (pedestrian) more particularly for senior citizens.

Why Traffic police and Toeing Vehicle is not toeing any vehicles as parked with the instructions of Bikanerwala?!!! Why Bikanerwala has been taking all traffic rules at their ease? Why all common public should suffer due to one Restaurant?

Hope the authority will initiate necessary action in the matter to put public at comfort level and maintain the traffic and parking rules.
